Messina Wildlife Management warrants that all STOPPER products conform to their chemical description and are reasonably fit for the purpose stated on the labels only when used in accordance with all label directions under normal conditions of use. Since timing, precise use, method of application, weather and ground conditions, mixture with other chemicals and other factors affecting the use of this product are beyond our control, no warranty is given concerning the use of this product contrary to label directions, or under conditions which are abnormal or not reasonably foreseeable. If buyer is not 100% satisfied with the performance of any STOPPER product, send unused portion of purchased product within 30 days of purchase along with the original receipt for a full refund or product replacement to Messina Wildlife Management / ATTN: Customer Service / Post Office Box 122 / Chester, NJ 07930. Product guarantee is limited to one bottle per household.
